Welcome to RMK L Block

RMK L Block is a Stilt + 3 Residential Project in Anna Nagar East, Chennai. Located in the heart of Chennai, it is close to all the businesses and government offices in Chennai.

Flooring

1. Living/Dining 24" x 24" Vitrified tiles

3. Balcony and Toilets 12" x 12" non-skid tiles
Note: Wherever flooring is done, it is always done with a 4" skirting.

Dadoing

1. Toilets Ceramic tiles up to a height of 7 feet
2. Above Kitchen Platform Ceramic tiles up to 2 feet above platform

1. Bathroom Branded sanitary fittings
All sanitaryware would be colour coordinated with the flooring and tiles.

  2. Main Door provided with Godrej lock or equivalent make and door eye, safety chain cum latch, tower bolt and door stopper.

  1. First class country wood frame with hardcore flush shutter. Doors fitted with Mortiselock of ACME or equivalent with tower bolts and door stopper.

Windows

  1. UPVC frames and sliding shutters with 4 mm thick plain glass.

Structure

  1. RCC framed structure with isolated footing foundation
  2. Brick filler walls in cement mortar

Walls

1. Interiors Putty finish with emulsion paint
2. Ceilings Putty finish with emulsion paint
3. Exterior Water proof cement painting

1. Common overhead tank to individual Branded PVC Pipe
